Where the deluxe rooms are carved sandstone, this one is white: white walls, a white ceiling with a fan in it, and black and white marble laid as a chequerboard. It has air conditioning, and it is ₹1,000 a night less than a deluxe room.
There is still an alcove to sit in, a small one framed in gold, with cushions and a curtain. The double bed has a wooden headboard, and there is a wall-mounted TV, a bedside table and a small round side table.
