Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and Mamamia Jaisalmer, Near Fort, Dhibba Para, Manak Chowk, Amar Sagar Pol, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan 345001 (registered business name and GST number, to confirm). “We” on this page means the hotel.

They cover a stay with us, the pickups and trips the front desk arranges, and your use of this website.

Booking

Send your dates on WhatsApp or call +91 76657 09632. Nothing is booked or paid on this website: its forms only write a WhatsApp message for you to send.

A booking is made when the front desk confirms it to you in writing on WhatsApp, with the room, the dates and the price. Keep that message: it is your booking. Whether an advance is asked for, how much and how it is paid, to confirm.

If you book through another website, that website’s terms cover the booking and the payment, and these terms cover your stay.

Rates and paying

Rates on this website are per room per night, with tax included; a dormitory bed is per bed per night. The price in your confirmation is the price of that booking.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Food and drink from the rooftop café, pickups and safaris are charged separately. How the bill is paid at the desk (cash, UPI or card), to confirm.

Arriving and leaving

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Reception takes arrivals until 23:00. If your train or flight gets in later, message ahead and someone will wait up.

Checking in earlier or leaving later depends on the room being free. Ask the front desk.

Photo ID

Indian law requires every adult guest to show a valid government photo ID at check-in, and requires us to record it. Guests from outside India, children included, show a passport with a valid visa, and we report the stay to the immigration authorities on Form C.

We cannot check in a guest who has no valid ID.

In the house

• No smoking inside the building.
• Pets are welcome. Tell us when you book, so we can give you a suitable room.

Pickups and safaris

Station and airport pickups, and the jeep, camel and overnight trips to Sam Sand Dunes, are arranged by the front desk when you ask. The price, the time and what is included are confirmed to you on WhatsApp before you go.

This website

We try to keep the rates, photographs and descriptions on this website accurate. If anything here differs from what the front desk confirms to you, the confirmation is what counts.

Some photographs were taken by guests and are credited to them. Please do not reuse the photographs or the text without asking us.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other sites go to services we do not run, and their own terms apply there. How this website handles your data is in the privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

Tell the front desk straight away, so it can be put right while you are still here. If you are still unhappy after your stay, call or message us on +91 76657 09632.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
